About Fresh Start
Our Mission
Fresh Start’s mission is to offer interim housing and opportunities to individuals experiencing homelessness, and/or formerly incarcerated individuals struggling with co-occurring disorders by providing access to treatments and wrap-around services to support their successful reintegration into society.
Our Services
Since 2011, Fresh Start has been dedicated to offering housing services, comprehensive case management, benefits assistance, and facilitating referrals for individuals seeking access to behavioral health treatment, substance abuse treatment and medical care.
